Butler Collison did an excellent job replacing my Lexus SUV damaged driver's side door & other areas after it was hit by a large truck tire. Friendly staff who kept me updated & worked closely with my insurance to restore my vehicle using authorized Lexus parts. I highly recommend them!

I had the worst life altering experience here. Simply. I drove my car in with minor damage. They ask me to sign a short form. The girl said this gives us permission to give an estimate to the insurance company. I decided to buy my car back from state farm. I had no idea that butler collision had taken my car apart totally to make an estimate. They said I authorized s total tear down. They took the lights out. The rear lights out. The inside door panel. I will include photos. I think they tore my car down to inflate the costs. It is a bmw. They said it was totaled. I am devastated. They never said anything about a complete tear down. Why would I tear down a vehicle that was drivable with minor damage. I went to butler because I trusted them. They had repaired this car before. No said anything about a tear down. Remember. I drove my car in. In my opinion butler and State Farm are insurance crooks and committed insurance fraud. I made the mistake of trusting both companies. Why disassemble my car? I’m heartbroken. Now I have no car m. My car had no lien holder. I had it towed to another body shop. Butler said there was undercarriage damage. My new bod

This place is awesome! They have done work on my son’s Altima and my daughter’s jeep. Fantastic job. I paid out of pocket. The price was affordable. The facility is clean and they kept me informed through the process. Very happy with the service and quality of work. Thank Butler Collision!

Do yourself a favor go find a company that will do it right. They've had my car for 2 months still not fixed. Just poor workmanship. The girls at the front front desk have been nice and very professional. However, the workmanship that the body shop puts out is just trash. If you value how your car looks do not take it to this place you will regret it. So far they've had to repaint the door twice and the front bumper twice due to poor workmanship. Also a person had paint on their fingers and got it all over my car.
